Our technician, ******, did an AMAZING job in fixing my senior parents' garage doors. He made everything simple and easy to understand. I especially loved the new motor they installed which had a camera that shows whether or not the garage door is open or not. The pricing was also straightforward. Great service, quick response, helpful and capable technician. ****** arrived promptly, diagnosed my broken garage door spring within minutes and had multiple options. He explained all options thoroughly which made for an easy decision. Had the fix implemented and complete within an hour.
