      I was seen here previously and it went quickly, I had GI issues that were unknown and they worked well to find out what the cause was. I did get differing answers from various GI providers which was odd, but the care was fast and efficient in *** Recently I had some severe pain and needed an appointment to help figure out the causes... I called many times to the ****** office and they would answer and put me on a 30-minute hold. I still have yet to hear back days later, and I had to request to be transferred from the *** office and wait for approval (even though the offices are in the same company?) I am setting up an appt because I need it badly... not because I have months to wait around. Very disappointed. If I wasn't so desperate for care, I would look ANYWHERE else. While the providers may be good, the reception is the outward appearance and this business is not looking good from that.
