      I give this hotel zero stars. Check in late at night after driving 10 hours. The first room that was given had one of the beds full of stains as well as the pillow cases. We were given another room. The toilet in *************** had ***** matter in it. The hotel clerk said that he had no other rooms available. He gave me a spray bottle with unknown cleaning chemical. I had to clean the toilet with my bare hands and tissue. It was 1 in the morning and I had driven 10 hours. It was too late and I was too tired to switch hotel for the night. I had written to Corporate about this property to seek authorization for refund. Their response was to sign me up with their rewards program and they would give enough points for a free night stay. I do trust the Radisson hotel brand anymore after this stay. I am still seeking an authorization for a refund.
