      This is my car loan company. I am single mom raising my children. I am working with this company to make my next payment. They continue to try to take money out of my bank account without any consent. They just try to take it out whever they want. I have a new **** ****** She is very rude and demanding. My other reps were not like this. This is not how you try to work with clients. By law, you are supposed to get "consent" to charge y debit card/ put a charge through my bank account. She did not do that, so she is violating the law. I have been communicating with her currently and because she did not like what I said, I assume, she did not respond to any of my communication. Instead, she just tried to go through my bank account. This is not okay and against my rights as a current client. I want another representative who has some respect and does business practice by the law. This is not acceptable business behavior.

      ************ agreed to the following payment disclosure via text message on 7/8/22.  "***********************, by providing your card information you are authorizing Arivo to create a single-entry charge to your Card Ending: XXXX in the amount of $511.42.  This charge will be applied to your card on or after 07/17/2022.  Do you authorize Arivo to proceed with this charge?"  To which ************ replied "Yes" via text message that same day.  Our payment disclosure specifies "This charge will be applied on or after" the agreed upon payment date.  Per Arivo policy, debit/credit card payments that decline are resubmitted one additional time.  **************** payment on 7/17 declined and declined again when it was re-processed.  Arivo does not process customer payments without consent to our disclosure.  Per **************** request, we will re-assign her account to a different representative.

      They repossessed my vehicle that had A LOT of personal belongings in it. Ive reached out to them for several days now with absolutely no response on how to get my items back. They are loose belongings, not permanent modifications. Some of these items include my breast pump, clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc.
