    I applied for a loan to their website since specifically direct lender and that there was no credit check.However the website said cash u s a today not Cash American today. I received an email saying I was approved for $343, however. I was told to wait for an email to confirm my routing number and call number. I didn't receive an email. So I call and they take me through. It's a very unprofessional question to and for me to reverify. My routing and checking are running an account number. They then came on the line.And said there underwriter denied my application.And they didn't know I and said that I was never approved.I was Pre approved which is nwot in my email. They also had me log into my account while I was on the phone with them. Sending me a link to do so, so I'm not sure if that was right or wrong. But I do want to follow-up with someone. Make sure i'm in no immediate danger with my account. Also to award damages in the amount of 343.00 Thank you.

    I contacted Cash America Today on their website on 4/26/22 and entered information to payoff my loan. I received a message on the screen that said that someone would contact me during business hours to confirm. Next day came and went and NO ONE CONTACTED ME!!! If you try and call them all you get is a voicemail box. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!! It's now the end of the 2nd day after I tried to payoff my loan and still no one has contacted me. I emailed [email protected] and EVEN NO MANAGER CONTACTED ME!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
