      They informed me after the initial intake that the surgery center where my son's doctor (who is in network) was performing surgery was out of network. Then proceeded to assure me "don't worry we'll make sure it's treated as in-network." They said to sign the form that stated we knew it was out of network, as it was just a "formality" they would take care of it as in network. They now say they didn't say that and there is nothing they can do to have it processed as in-network. Beware of the bait and switch and doing the surgery at this place versus a hospital.
