On September 22nd, I received a letter from my insurance company that my insurance payment was due on October 3rd. I called and emailed the company to make sure they were going to pay the insurance from my Escrow, which had ample balance to pay it. They advised it was scheduled to be paid October 1st. On October 11th, I received a letter from my Insurance that it was expired due to none payment. Ever since the 11th, I have been on the phone with them multiple times. I keep getting told the payment is processing however it never seems to get paid. I am unable to talk to anyone in the ***************** because "they do not take calls from borrowers". The company is only willing to send an email to the escrow department and can never give me a straight answer on when my insurance will be paid. I am also concerned they will not pay my property tax when it is due here in November.Business response

The insurance payment was processed on 10/29/21 for $2,334.00 Check # ****** to Peoples Trust. I just spoke to *********** **************** and they confirmed the check was received/posted on 11/02/21.The premium sent was for the same amount billed back in August borrowers premium did not increase because of the delay in disbursement. Policy is active and paid in full.
We deeply apologize for the delay of payment and assure you it will not happen again.

I have a mortgage with PRMI. All of my monies are auto deducted and I pay an extra ****** a month on my loan. I noticed part of my taxes were not paid so I talked to customer service at ********************** (before due date as total wasn't paid. I called a second time 10/7/21 and email the tax form a second time. Today, 10/19/21, I receive a notice that my home insurance was not paid and in jeopardy of cancellation 11/2/21 and I emailed both documents to the PRMI customer service. I really concerned that this company isn't taking my home mortgage seriously and something must be done to insure I don't lose my home over negligence. Thank you for your time.Business response

We have reached out to our ***************** and your ********************* was mailed on Monday the 25th and the taxes will be paid within 48 hours they are working on them now. We apologize for the inconvenience and stress this has caused as we are still working out the kinks in our new Servicing Software.
