I have gone a few times to this establishment for pedicures. I have seen anyone sterizle their tools. They use the same product to do the bottoms of your feet that they just finished with someone else. The place is normally pretty dirty. Floor are unkept, the bathroom is dirty and this seems to be where they take things to wash them. Not their tools though. It is just not a sanitary enviorment. I think it should be looked at to see what precautions they are taking for safety of their clients.I went yesterday and the girl pulled out the side of my toenail and it was bleeding. She didn't sterilize the implement she was using and she went directly from me to another client. Sanitation in an establishment like this should be a number one concern. Please investigate.
