    They are very rude people and unprofessional. I was contacted 5 times by these loan sharks and once I called to inform them that I also had another bank account they then denied me of service with my old bank account. I think this is a scam and do not use.

    I took a $289 loan out with this company in July 2924 and was told I would have to pay an additional $89 on top of my loan which I agreed to. At here it is August and I have paid almost $500 from them taking my payments out on auto pay. I recieved no emails or any kind of information regarding to my loan. I was not able to get a hold of anyone when I called them . They don't have an online site to view your loan or anyway to do anything . The ***** never stops. This rate is way costly compared to cash advance places . ***** every two weeks for only 2***** When other places only charge ***** for ****** I tried to pay the 2***** back and was told I had to tell them in advance which I did but they still debited my account at 3 am in the morning. This is called predatory lending and it needs to be stopped.

    This place is an absolute joke. They lead you to believe youre approved for long to get your information. I didnt tell you it was preapproved and deny you and sell your information I would not do business with these people ever again in life. I hope the employees burn for the actions that they take and then when you call and complain, they hang up on you and then just keep putting you on hold, if Im missing one out of my account, I will *** them. Advise everyone to not do business with them.

    Overall weird practice. They don't have a portal/website to view your loan or loan status. I ended up paying an extra ******* dollars because they do not inform you the WHOLE amount is due your next paycheck. If you can't pay it all or inform them to take it all they charge a $89 extension fee. With that being said I reached out via email and they allowed me to pay 25 dollars a paycheck until caught up.Would give more stars of they were more transparent about the practice and informed me right away of no portal and the 89 dolla extension fee

    I wish there was 0 stars option. They are very rude. They ask you questions & then interrupt. The first question they ask is for your social security number. Huge red flag & a sure sign that this company is a scam.

    I took out a loan with this company. However, i have continued to search for this company to contact them via telephone with their customer service direct number. Upon doing that, i get sent to a page that warns me of being on an unsecured page & that my passwords and personal information will be exposed. Ive been paying them $89 on a small payday loan for months. I was trying to reach them to find out my balance and to talk to a representative. But they are not able to be found. Huge red flags. Any company that withdraws ACH payments from your bank, should allow post their legitimate contact information for clients to contact them directly. It should be easy and safe to log in to your account. But this company does not allow that. This company is a scam. I want them to stop stealing from me.

    If I could rate zero stars I would. I have been paying on a $200 loan ($89 twice a month) for over a year. They say to pay it in full $289 you should call 3 days prior to due date but yet they are conviently closed because of technical issues and will reopen Monday 2 days before my due date.... How can I get rid of them?
