              HORRIBLE! BEWARE of Centerville location. We thought we would give them another chance this yr 2023. BAD IDEA! Put our order in advance, paid in full, received confirmation, showed up at time assigned 12/24/23 at 7:30am. NO ONE was inside, doors locked with sign stating they were out of donuts. We clicked on link they assigned to us stating we had arrived with a reply that our order would be out shortly. Again, NO ONE present to receive our order. Tried to call numerous times, no answer. Left message on manager's number given to us by SL location. NO REPLY. We want our money back but no reply thus far. We will NEVER order again....especially at this location. Super unprofessional. Still waiting for a full refund.Last yr order- was incorrect, staff didn't know what to do about order made online a week in advance. Took over 30 min. to get donuts we didn't order ahead of time & settled for what was left on shelf.Buyer BEWARE of this company! Only reason why this company received 1 star is because there wasn't a choice for zero stars.
