      I hate to write a negative review, but it is important to relay my experience. Gallensons Gun Shop in **** provides the worst service I have ever received. I purchased from them in the past so I am a customer. Yet they dont return emails or texts, and dont answer the phone. When I have gotten through to someone on the phone, Gallensons employees are rude, dismissive, and uninformed. Based on my dealings with Gallensons, they act like customers are wasting their time. I feel that Gallensons is the worst retailer with whom I have ever dealt.
