  Okay, so my story: I had solar put on to my house by another company. It turns out that I was lucky to even get the project completed and it took over a year, and they didn't even connect the communications part of the system. But I did have a working system. The next spring I could not get the inverter system to work. Tried to call the other company and as expected could not get through. Literally got to an answering system that was full and could not leave a message. Contacted the maker of the solar invertor and they gave me a list of companies near me that I could contact, including the one I got it from and I told them that company was horrible. After contacting a few of the companies, none of them would work on existing systems from other companies. Finally I called CES and they were happy to help. I did have to pay to have the system transferred over to them, but they were able to come in, inspect the existing system and replace the invertor which was still under warranty. Without them I would still be paying on a non-working system. The tech was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know this sounds like a low bar, but when i called them either someone picked up the phone or called me back very quickly, which has not been my experience. So far they have delivered at or above the level of service I expect and I would recommend them to anyone interested in solar or anyone abandoned by another solar provider as I was. 5 STARS.

  Creative Energies and *****************, specifically, were dialed in to my concerns with putting solar on my home in a wooded area. They were more interested in determining what the best solution would be, even if that meant NOT installing solar. Other companies are more interested in originating a loan than helping home owners go green in an economical way. If I'm going to be connected to a company for 25 yrs, I want to be connected to an ethical company like Creative Energies with ************************* the person I get to work beside. They aren't out to rip you off.

  I initially worked with ****** to transfer my system from my original service provider *************** after their assets were sold and the new company would not service our system (ARGH!!!).****** was great to work with while we investigated communication issues, which were quickly diagnosed and resolved through his guidance. Afterwards, I worked with Con to coordinate the removal and re-installation of one of our panels so some repairs could be made to our home in the area near the panel. Con was also great as we coordinated around three different contractor schedules to get the home repairs completed and the panel re-installed.I will continue to work with Creative Energies if/when we need their assistance.

  We had a solar system installed by Creative Energies. They first gave us a quote and were professional and timely in their responses. The team came and did an excellent job. We were very happy but unfortunately that changed. Months later our system failed. We contacted Creative Energies. We did not get a timely response and then received a strange email from Generac about a failed part. We eventually heard from C. E telling me that they severed ties with Generac and couldnt help me. I got a few emails and text messages from people at CE but never a plan of action. My system was just a year old. It cost ?? *****. I could not believe that no one warned me about the possibility of this failure and the class action law suit attached to it. I also couldnt believe that Creative Energies chose to sever ties, leaving their customers without any way to fix the situation other than find a contractor on their own, through Generac. Thank God, I knew of a great local guy who was affiliated with Generac. He was able to get new version of the defective parts ( a huge miracle) and make a plan to install them. I just wish Creative Energies had been more proactive by letting me know that a problem could occur with this defective part, procuring the new parts to replace it and do the work for the customers who were affected.

  Creative Energies is a company that cares. While finding someone to change our inverter that had quit working, they were the only ones that I contacted that were willing to find a way to help. They were very professional from ****** to the scheduler to the installer. We are back up and running thanks to them.

  The team was a great pleasure to work with. They were able to get the inverter on the solar system warranted and replaced the same day. I would recommend Creative Energies to all my friends and family.

  ***** and the team were a pleasure to work with from start to end. They worked hard to adapt plans to our needs, and fit our schedule. We had a warranty failure of an Enphase item out of the box, they resolved this for us as quickly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

  I was referred to Creative Energies after two of my friends got solar panels installed at their homes. When I decided that going with solar for my home was the right environmental move, I got a quote from them and two other companies and they had the lowest price by at least $1000. Then the way they've got their digital documents platform all arranged, all of the paperwork was digital and that was very helpful. They also have a referral program worth $400 for every subsequent install via those referrals and that's **************. Thanks for the ongoing support!

  My solar panels were installed by another company who subsequently went out of business. When my panels stopped working, I didn't know how to get them back online and generating power. Creative Energies is one of a very few companies willing to help customers like me with what the industry calls "orphan systems".Before sending a technician to come out to my home, ****** did some troubleshooting remotely. He then called me and, over the phone, walked me through identifying where the problem was and assisted me step by step in resolving it.I am so pleased with the help I received and especially that my panels are back online and generating power for us.Definitely recommend Creative Energies!!!!!
