    I purchased a motorhome and needed somewhere to park it while I drove across country. My Aunt said I could in her driveway. I didn't have a phone and told her I would be back to get it well unbeknownst to me she called my cousin who works for a tow agency and without my permission they towed it. I returned a few weeks later to pick up my motorhome to find it towed and racked up storage almost a 1000. I just literally bought it for 2500 they refused to work with me even said that they don't normally tow a vehicle that size. Over the course of several months kept in contact with them but eventually they got the title. When I came back through offered 1500 to buy it back they agreed but when I went to pick it up it now was wrecked and personal items missing. This should not have been towed to begin with and allowing employees to just do whatever they want because of family is ridiculous but then they wreck it on top of it. The owner just laughed at us when we pointed out the damage and said it is as is....umm it wasn't that way before them and I want justice
