**** flat a** lied to me in conversation several times I was told that a new warranty would start with the last repair maybe it's because I'm out of state but you got paid tell a customer anything you want Less than impressed ***** miles on a transmission lucky me

************************* purchased a transmission from Freeway Transmissions, Inc. on September 20th, 2018. The transmission came with a 3-year 100,000-mile warranty. On July 8th, 2020, ******************** returned his **** Dodge W250 to Freeway Transmissions. The transmission was replaced but was not covered under warranty due to a driveline vibration that broke the over drive housing. ******************** was told by **** that the original warranty was still in force but was never told by **** that a new warranty began with the July 8th, 2020, purchase. Even if ******************** had been given a new warranty certificate (which he was not) the warranty would have expired on July 8th, 2023, and would no longer be in effect. Freeways Limited *********************** warranty certificate states warranty work and/or goodwill repairs do not create or extend the original warranty period. ******************** received a copy of Freeways warranty certificate with the original purchase on September 20th, 2018.
