Below is the email that I sent to Eurosport, without response: ..the only thing wrong with the 2013 GL450 is that the battery was completely dead. I have a text from Riley stating that the mechanic tested the battery and it was at 100%. Obviously, that was not the case. All of the problems, including the serious risk of bodily injury when the car died while driving, could have been avoided by a simple battery check and the other work done would not have been necessary had you not sold us a car with the wrong tires for the car. I have learned quite a bit about the damage that wrong tires can cause. In addition, the car was returned from Eurosport with significant scratching which was damage which was not there when you took possession of the car and towed it to your facility. The back window is also etched permanently because you neglected to tell us that there was no wiper blade for that window. There are a number of other problems but at this time, I will just mention that we paid significant insurance on a car that was in your possession while you tried to diagnose the problem and then make unnecessary repairs. In addition, Jordan was without transportation all of that time and was reluctant to drive a car that kept breaking down in dangerous places. The replacement car was about $8000 more than the GL450. I am seeking a fair and equitable resolution for all the unnecessary expense for the car and the inconvenience and stress of all that happened. There are some other impactful issues but I think that the scope of the problem is obvious I expect that you may ignore this email and that my reporting this to BBB and other agencies may not make any difference to you. I wanted to give you the opportunity to consider the damages here and the chance to respond appropriately.
