I bought a vehicle from the auto shop and stopped making payments 3 months ago (July) due to hardships I have been facing. Suddenly I get a call from the Beehive Bail Bondsmen Mike who tells me they are picking up my vehicle. I ask what number to call because the numbers and contact information listed on the website go to a voicemail that isn’t set up! Thankfully Mike was willing to work with me and gave me their number for contact. I’ve called arranging a time to make payments! I explained I haven’t been able to pay due to other issues I’ve been facing and was told by the company that I have til Monday 10/31 to figure it out. Five hours later a woman shows up to my home asking for the vehicle to tow! I explained to her I’ve talked to the auto shop and was told I have til Monday. I’ve spoke with the tow company and he’s also willing to work with me! She refused to leave my home and even insulted me saying “car payments are just like rent you don’t pay you get kicked out”. I never received my fair time to gather $1800 they were asking for. Even at that time she showed up- someone I’ve never seen before, I asked if there’s any money I can give her to let me use the car and she refused to work with me. I don’t know much about buying cars this was my first one. But I feel that this was completely heartless! No contact for months and as soon as the bill comes to $2000 they show up at my home asking for keys? It’s not right. I have kids I am pregnant I do not have the time or money to get my everything done at once but I make sure to do what I can! They weren’t even able to contact me months before about any payments they never reached out to my until they showed up at my apartment. I tried calling the numbers online but they don’t get to anyone! I’ve paid on time for months and was treated as if I never paid anything to them. I am asking for the 2007 Dodge Avenger back and allow me the time to pay the outstanding balance!
