Dr Blotter is an excellent veterinarian. He is very kind, knowledgeable and experienced with animals. My first visit with Dr Blotter was when I had my service dog of 17 yrs PTS. Dr. Blotter and staff were exceedingly kind to my dog and me. Everything was done to keep him comfortable and me comforted. He was cremated and returned to me in a beautiful box. After a few months I replaced that dog with another Cocker Spaniel puppy. Dr Blotter again was exceedingly kind and checked him thoroughly, gave him vaccine and we left exceedingly happy. His next visit consists of final vaccine and minor surgery. I have worked for veterinarians and at 82 have had good dogs all my life and could not ask for a kinder more dedicated veterinarian than Dr. Blotter and recommend him to anyone with critters who want a dedicated doctor and staff for their animals.

THERE IS SOMETHING VERY SHADY AND OFF ABOUT DR. BLOTTER. I took my 9 year old cat to get a check up as her mom died of kidney failure. I wanted to stay on top of her labs in case it was hereditary. He refused to take any labs. He poked her roughly in her sides stating that if she had kidney problems she would be reacting in pain. That was the extent of his exam. He talked me out of getting her labs very persistently but said she needed a teeth cleaning. My cat was never the same again. She lost a lot of weight, rapidly and her activity level never returned. I took her back and was more adamant about getting her labs done. He insisted that we did NOT need to do any labs. He said I was overreacting. I was there for about 90 seconds and he still charged me despite not checking her AT all. I have since learned that you should never put a cat under without checking their blood work first, especially a cat that is nine years old. And, cats should be fasted before being anesthetized. How extremely negligent on his part. My cat would still be alive if I had gotten her blood work done. If he had run the labs 2years ago we would've caught anything before it got bad and he would not have put her under which likely exacerbated underlying problems she was having as her health STEADILY declined after that until she passed. When I took her in on her final day of life, Dr Blotter behaved very strangely. He was extremely cold. I expressed that I did not want her to pass away there at the clinic without me and would rather have her be at home for that. He TOLD me to go home and that I could come back to get her at three and she would be with me for the evening. 40 minutes later I got a call saying she had a seizure and had had to be resuscitated. When I got there, he was behaving VERY suspiciously, being rough with her already dead body, lobbing her head all over the place and petting her in a nervous rough manner. It was ODD. It seemed like he was trying to hide something.
