I have held 2 separate coffee subscriptions and each one have been plagued with issues. I have been charged for products and they never arrive. I have been charged and had products sit in an unfulfilled status for a month only to be told that it was shipped and that I had to deal with the shipper. I have never in the entire time of both subscriptions had orders arrive in a timely manor. I rarely receive the correct products (whole beans) and the products I do receive are stale. For a company that states on their webpage: "We roast coffee 5 days a week to ensure the highest quality product. Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day are purchased. With this process, Black Rifle Coffee Company delivers the freshest and finest coffee in America." they are failing miserably for any company let alone a veteran owned company. My orders have never shipped the same day. In fact they only ship after waiting 2 weeks and contacting asking for a status update. The solution is to operate by and according to stated claims of roasting a 5 days a week and actually shipping on the day the order was placed. As well as finding another carrier for delivery since the company blames most of the issues on the shipping carrier.Initial Complaint

March 1st I signed up and paid for a coffee subscription for a case of coffee to be delivered once a month. As of this date i have not have received the initial case of coffee paid for and have been charged for another one.Business response

I have REPEATEDLY asked BRC to stop emailing me. I have unsubscribed at least 5-6 times. I finally emailed them to tell them why I dont want to business with them. They were argumentative in a return email and I finally told just unsubscribe me. My next step is to contact BBB - they are STILL sending me emails. If somebody doesnt what to receive abusive spam it shouldnt be a problem.Business response

I made a purchase on Nov 28th, the order was never shipped and as of Dec 13th I still have not received the order I purchased and have gotten poor communication from Black Rifle Coffee. I would like a full refund, not a partial refund and credit. I would like a full refund due to the situation that this company has put me in with their disregard for supply chain management.Business response

We have spoken to our customer. Due to the holiday season, we experienced shipping delays and out of stock items. Our customer chose a refund in lieu of waiting for the items, which we processed.
