      DO NOT SHOP HERE! Went to purchase 4 bottles of Wine last evening and the prices on the shelf were all WRONG much higher than posted!! The red blend posted at $11.99 was charged at $18.57 I showed the clerk and she said I'm sorry I cannot do any refund or give $ back since this alcohol. It's some scheme this store has, my friend had 3 bottles priced $11.99, 13.99 & $15.99 all were $18.57, 20.99 and 21. 99....the other clerk took the tags off the shelf, but the machine kept ringing up the higher prices!! My friend was paying cash and said forget it! I was screwed because I paid by debit card! I called to calmy rectify it spoke to Patricia who said sorry, but you are screwed we cannot do anything because it's alcohol! I just asked for the difference back. KEEP DRIVING or go to Circle-K there were no issues there!!

      Maverik thinks its okay to charge full price refills for mugs that were only partial filled but not enough to account for top dollar. Example i own 2 mugs a 52 oz and a 64 oz. Today i used my 64 oz cuz i left my other one i normally use at home. I fill my mug quarter of the way with ice and barely half up with soda (leveling out to half a mug aka 32 oz) i go up to the cashier to be honest of what i have, which is half filled mug showed her like i show everyone else at other locations or stations, she still charges me **** i said no i only filled half way, she said its company policy to still fully charge the customer full price regardless of the portion. I called maveriks customer service and i ask them is it really policy to be charging customers full price for something their not getting full serving of?, they said yes it is policy. Heres a problem with that scenario. Thats DISHONEST OF THE COMPANY!!! Youre then STEALING MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS CHARGING THEM full price FOR FULL SERVICE THEY DIDNT WANT AND OR GET!. It is not okay to charge full price for a half filled mug. No other gas station will charge their customers full price for half the serving that falls under a whole other price range. Its theft by deception. Maverik needs to make right of these policies. They are stealing money from customers blindly cause all they care about is being greedy and making their money. I cant wait til quiktrip makes their way here, they are an honest business and will only charge their customers appropriately based on what they purchase. They dont steal from their customers.

      I went to the **************** Maverick to get air in my tires gas and ice. The air machine didnt work. The air machine let allot of air out of my tires to the point it was a bigger concern then when I drove on maverick property. I decided to let maverick know that their machine on their property didnt work. I told the manager about the machine. Her response was the machine has been broken for 3 years and I dont care about the machine or what it did to your car. I told her that maverick could be liable and they should do something about the machine. The manager then started yelling and cursing and telling me off as I was walking out. Then her coworker came and got in my face and told me to leave. At this point I felt threatened enough that I called the **************** police.

      Yes the maverick gas station on ** ****** *** ****** please dont go there if your black or look homeless they will discriminate against you for example I went to the restroom using the restroom the associate forced me to stop using the restroom and leave because all of a sudden they needed to clean restroom Im also going to notify the 8 now news about this location because this is not the first time it happened

      Scanning Lecture 6/14/22 I am posting here because Maverick does not have an email I can send this to.My name is **** , I have the misfortune of yet another bad encounter with an employee at one of your stores. As a business operator I frequent a number of the maverick stores in the ***** area, I probably stop 10 times per week for drinks and snack for myself and a crew of 2-4 people, my average price per stop is $25.00. My point is I frequent these ***** Valley stores.On June 14, 2022 I made my typical morning stop at the maverick store on the corner of five mile rd and Fairview rd about 9 am, it is such a busy bustling store. The staff is always busy working, the store is always clean and the service is always good Until today - I walk in the store and weave thru the people standing at the checkout patiently waiting their turn to pay. We gathered up what we wanted and got into our fourth place position, when our turn was up the clerk asked if I was paying with cash or Debit - I responded debit she said I could use the scanner option - I said no thanks because I dont like self check out - she said well you better get use to it because its all going to be scanners only - I said I will deal with that when I am forced to and with a roll of her eyes and a flippant response she revealed herself as being combative, angry and irritated. I was not happy to have been singled out of the crowd and lectured about what the future brings, I told her she had a nasty attitude and I would write a letter to her company.I frequent a lot of your stores but this particular store has some not very nice girls working there. I am aware of the coming change and will likely change my shopping habits.I have no interest in self check out - the least you can do is have a person complete my purchase transaction as a gesture of appreciation without being lectured by a smart mouthed hot headed person that is blazing a trail of poor customer service.Sincerely ****
