    On Sept 14, 2023 Tavila N**** received a check for $3233.00 and promised to return the next day with a contract but did not. A person came over the next day and did some minor excavation for a concrete driveway addition,but we still never got a contract. When we have attempted to get a hold of them they will not answer and do not reply to requests for a return call.

    On Nov 17 th and Dec 14th Faith Control Tree Service and Construction were given two checks for $2000 and $ 3000 to remove and pour new concrete. They were supposed to do the work in Dec but were unable to get their equipment out of ParkCity due to the weather. I never heard from them again as the weather turned bad. In March I contacted Vila who said they were working St.George and would be back in SLC in April. So far I have been unable to contact them by email, iMessage or phone. I have Vila’s drivers license number as it was recorded on a check that was cashed at my bank, ** *******. First digits was hard to read and May be wrong. Here is contact info I have : ###-###-####, ###-###-#### Vila and Voka N**** **************** *********************** . Claim to be licensed, boned and insured. From what I can see their business license expired in 2022.

    WARNING!!! Hired FCTS, aka Av&** T**** to do a full grass removal, tree removal and xeriscape of front yard. They seemed knowledgeable and willing to get the job done. Asked for half down for materials and cut down a tree to show they were serious. Gave $7500 down to the wife of the couple once he showed up and started working. Luckily 3 days later a crew showed up again to clean up branches that he cut down. We still have the big limbs to dispose of! They have not been back since and have blocked our phone numbers, not answering calls or returning them. SCAMMERS that bring their child to job site to gain faith. DO NOT HIRE THEM! We have lost half of our savings and feel robbed. Do your homework and make sure they are licensed with references.

    I hired Avoka T***** to come install sprinklers in my backyard. We agreed on Friday I would hire her to come out Monday to put them in. She pushed for a deposit so she can get the materials. She gave me her Venmo & it wasn’t going through. She said she can come pick up a cash deposit & provided me with a receipt. She said she would come Saturday then didn’t. She ended up coming Sunday & grabbing our cash. We have her in video. She agreed she would keep in contact. I contacted her Monday she made an excuse about not being able to do sprinklers Monday cause materials were behind. I contacted Tuesday and no response as well as Wednesday. Thursday I finally got hold of her when her husband answered her phone & she screamed something then hung up. She then texted me another excuse that she has my materials but they aren’t the right ones & it was shitty work from the boys & all of these excuses. I have all the messages. Says she’s returning them for her money but doesn’t address giving me a refund which I consistently told her she needs to give me back. She since then has sent me to voicemail & not responded to any texts. I read online once I dug about her that she will take deposits but won’t do the work.
