      I purchased a 1999 kenworth from richard b******. I made payments and when I was a day late he would show up to my office. As I neared my final payment Mr b****** has disappeared I've messaged every avenue I can including family members and have got no response and I am unable to get a title on this

      To Whom it may concern:

      This letter is in response to the letter of complaint we received. Said letter states that ************************* purchased a **** Kenworth from ******* **********************. She claims to have made payments and that ******* showed up at her office after a day late. She is also claiming that nearing her final payment Mr. ********************** has disappeared and shes tried to get a hold of him as well as family members and is unable to get a title.
      Unfortunately, the only part of the complaint that is true is that she agreed to purchase the Kenworth from *******. No formal sale was ever written up and ******* has never received any payments. If she is claiming she has done so we would love to have her provide proof as we **** not seen any. We would also love to see any **** of sale. ******* took her on good faith that she would make payments. After months and months of not receiving any he tried to find her only to find she was not at that place of business anymore. ******* has not moved and his phone number has not changed and no one in his family has ever been contacted by her. She is the one who has disappeared.  Basically she has stolen the truck. We believe she filed a complaint because she has most likely run into trouble with getting ticketed for the truck and is trying to somehow prove she is the owner. We have been meaning to contact the police in order to claim the truck is stolen. We have had no way to contact her. I am shocked she is able to file a formal complaint with the BBB without showing any proof of payments or **** of sale. I would assume this is a procedure you would go through before sending a letter. Regardless, this is our response. We will be contacting the police to claim the truck stolen. Please contact us with any other questions.
