I asked this company to stop communicating with me, specifically by reporting on my consumer report an alleged debt that has been deemed unverified as per Federal law Pursuant 12 CFR 1006.34(c) due to the fact that you did not follow (are still are not following) federal law. Once again You are reporting a debt tht can not be verified plz stop. Due to the deceptive practice With your pre-generated answer to my cfpb complaint its evident you will not comply to my request, and you will continue to violate and circumvent the **** with these prefabricated responses but still ignoring consumers requests.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:this response doesnt address my rights being violated. This company Admitted that its sold my alleged debt to another company to which is a direct violation. Under section 615(f) of the **** states When any furnisher of information is notified pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 605B that a debt has resulted from identity theft, the furnisher may not sell, transfer, or place for collection the debt. This Company knew this account was the result of identity theft because a FTC report was filed and sent to Finwise and lending point but this company Proceeded in the cell of the debt

I am rejecting this response because ************ has violated several of my right under the fair credit report act and this can and will be Shown and Proved in court.1) I can show that my identity theft claim was valid thats why all three Credit Bureaus agreed to delete the inaccurate information. ************ has a Financial interest to try and force me to pay this debt. 2). I can show via Certified mail dispute letters that I have sent this company and Lending point demanding method of validation, and it has not been provided. I have not been provided majority of the letters you attached to your response. still in none of those letters, the method of Validation has not even been mentioned let alone provided, however I can provide copy of disputes wit Certified tracking asking for such validation to which I have not received as of yet rendering this account unverifiable ******* usc 1681i (A)(5)(a) of the **** which is another reason why this account should not have been sold.

$50.00 presented to my bank for payment to Finwise Bank in ****. When I called to question the charge, I was told the bank didn't know what the charge was for, other than perhaps a fee for credit check and suggested I contact ****************** in *****. This is a predatory loan. The interest rate is more than 100%. Regardless of the amount of monthly payments made the balance is does not decrease at all. You actually owe more even after 6 months of payments with no balance decrease insight. This is an unfair and abusive loan terms that leaves people in dire financial situations. This company is using unfair and abusive loan terms with extremely high interest rates, loan terms, and high fees. No loan that has payments of ****** a month for four years should have a higher balance owed than what was originally borrowed. My request is for this to be removed from my credit as closed. I have paid approximately ***** dollars on a 4k loan and still owe 4800 dollars.I file a complaint with BBB and the response i gained on 2/12/24 is as follows:"The lender for this loan is FinWise Bank. Please refer this complaint to their Better Business Bureau page so they may adequately respond. "This is not a response and then leaves no additional instructions on how to get to "their Better Business Bureau Page" and when searching for this information leads me back here. I have a feeling this will be a rowing in circles ordeal in which they can avoid providing a response.Business response
