      The people who run this business Top Shelf cabinets are very unprofessional, the manager and the owner are rude and have no respect for customers as soon as you pay for order in full. They do not keep contact with customers to update them on orders, do not want to deal with re-order for missing parts and broken cabinets and do it under customers pressure if you have patience. They refer customers from person to person within the company to get a result and at the end they are rudely blame customer or the installer. The sales person did not tell you that cabinets are made overseas and it will take forever for delivery, like in our case it took almost 5 months ,and reordering of missing cabinets will take as long as original order.The sales person does poorly on follow up with the cabinet company located in NJ and has no information on when the order arrives, and as soon as the company gets the payment he disappears and not responding to calls or text messages. Cabinetry made fine but looks chip, the glass they use in the cabinet doors is low quality and has some spots and rainbow coloring reflection.One of the cabinet's back panel came off and the cabinet dropped on the top of the refrigerator after 3 mo from installation leaving the back of the cabinet attached to the wall. The overall this company should not get any business from customers who are expecting custom made cabinetry and have expectations for their money.Giving 2 stars for review as the initial contact with the TSC was fine and we were very excited about new kitchen but went through some unexpected situations with the Top shelf cabinets that left very unpleasant memories and learned the lesson to be very careful with small local companies ran by lots of family members.
