1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would. ******** customer service! Their ******* Satisfaction Guarantee does not work! I have contacted them at least dozen times by now - by phone, email, chat, have left a feedback in response to an email request. No refund, no status update, no email confirmation.Nothing, that customer can have a peace of mind knowing that it is done - no proof, no paper ******** not buy!And, - you can't leave a feedback on their website!P.S. I had to contact one of the seller of the product 4life. One of the our member of church had severe symptoms of Covid. So we contacted with ***************************** who sells the product. It took time while she answered, by the time another pastor bought the product for her from different person. I already sent the money to ****** through Zelle, and I asked send me back. But she refused it and forced me buy her product for my self. She talked almost hour to convince me, eventually she said she spent hour to explain the product so I must buy. So , she without my permission used my money to order one product with expensive shipping and tax. So people just be aware of the wolfs who wants to charge from you extra money just sell their items.

4Life's Response: 4Life contacted the independent Affiliate who sold the product to the customer to facilitate a complete refund. The 4life Affiliate was unaware that the product order cancellation resulted in a credit to her own credit card (instead of a credit to the customer), and once she realized the error 4Life's Affiliate corrected the situation by refunding the money to the customer. For the sake of clarity, ********************'s products are dietary supplements, which are not intended to treat, cure or prevent diseases or conditions, including Covid. 4Life's products are intended to supply the healthy function of the immune system.
