  I sold and closed on my house December 27th, 2023. I was to receive my reimbursement check of $2500 and it is now March 7th, 2024. I have been advised by ******************* twice now the funds were overnighted and still nothing. Now he has blocked my calls and texts and those of others trying to help get my due reimbursement. Im left with no alternative but to seek restitution.

  ****************** was selling a house that one of our clients was buying. The house needed flooring to be installed in order to have financing and we allowed for an escrow holdback where ****************** put some of the proceeds from her sale into an escrow account that was to be used to pay for the repairs after closing. After closing there were some delays with the flooring company that was working on the project. The cost of the flooring and installation ended up coming in higher than was expected and the loan officer actually helped work it out so that ****************** could get her full $2500 back. The delay in her refund was due to the work taking longer than expected and not an error on RanLifes part. We have refunded the money in accordance with the purchase agreement that explicitly states the refund would happen after flooring is installed.

  ************ Was amazing! We are very happy with our purchase. **** did everything in his power to ensure our home buying process was smooth and that we were getting the best option for us. At some points the home buying language was completely foreign but **** did an excellent job in explaining everything. He was very patient and kind. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him and his partner!

  Have been trying to have a late fee waived. That is not my fault. Customer ********************** cannot help, even the managers cannot help. What into the facility and they cannot help either. Late fee is next month.

  Our agent lacked communication throughout the entire process. From the beginning we didnt know the sellers accepted our offer all the way to closing and didnt know we closed and recorded until I reached out. I cant say its the company just this individual agent.

  ***** went above and Beyond helping us secure a loan. When I first contacted him we didnt qualify but told me what I needed to do to qualify and I kept him in touch with our progress and we finally got approved! He was nothing but amazing and I would use him again if I ever have the need of a loan.
