    They do not stand by their guarantee and have been known to leave Big ticket items, including but not limited to TV's, Mirrors, Glass in a Hutch, Not keeping hardware with beds and other things. They do not own damages caused by movers. They break contracts and then threaten and harrass to collect payment. They work with sister companies that do not guarantee their work either. They are not credited on the BBB site. There only reviews are listed in FB and are from over 3 years ago. Their sister company that they chose is Helping Hands moving and maids.

    *****, Thanks for leaving us feedback. We always appreciate the opportunity to give our side of the story. We have moved ***** three times in the past month alone. She has been in and out of three different places now. The first move we did for her we refused to moved a bunch of items because it smelled like urine and the home was a complete disaster. Home probably shouldve been condemned. We told her we would come back when it was cleaned up and safe for our employees to work in. Until then we couldnt touch it. She called us back to have her stuff moved after she did her best to clean up. All of her furniture still smelled like urine and was a disaster. While trying to move her things out of the storage unit she was passed out on one of the couches the entire time. We havent damaged anything. After moving her the last time now she doesnt have the money to pay. ( probably because she has had to move multiple times now in less than a month). We were then told that we would be paid by the 18th of September and now she is refusing to pay us. So we called the police and filed a theft of services case against her. Now we are getting a bogus one star review. We have an A+ rating with them and have been in business for 17 years. Not quite sure how that relates to you not paying for the services we rendered to you after giving you more time to pay it given your circumstances. We havent broken any part of the contract. We still expect to be paid for the last move we did for you in full. Thanks again for your business.
