    The crapiest service you can ever get. I came in for oil change, choosing the dealership service over any other places, hoping to get a better service for my well loved Honda. With the oil change you get a complimentary tire rotation. Here we go. Whoever was working on my car broke a stud in my wheel while taking the tires off. Right there they billed me for the stud to fix that, which is $3 + $60 for the labor. Excuse me, what labor? Do I have to pay for something they just broke? So they broke, and make you pay to fix it. Hhhmmm.I did not know it was missing until I actually left the service. Im not super aware of car parts and maintenance, so I sent the report Honda service gave me at the check out to my HONEST mechanic and he told me its not safe driving with a stud missing. I have the report in hands with a picture of MY BROKEN STUD IN THE HONDAS MECHANICS HANDS. Clearly showing that he was the one who broke it!So, it caused me lots of anxiety driving with a missing stud and having my child in the car and risking our safety. Next day, I took a day off, which means I was loosing money. I came to the Honda service and explained my concerns about it and asked them to fix that. Also, asked for a refund. I spoke to the manager ****, hoping she would listen and help to solve the problem that their dealership caused me. Instead, she was talking rude to me without any desire to fix anything. **** came to me and said they wont fix anything and no refund will be given, since I got my oil changed at their service. She blamed the problem on BigO tires, who installed my tires a year ago professionally. I asked if they would take any responsibility over the broken stud, she simply said NO. When I asked her to talk to the store manager, she said she wont let me talk to the store manager. All I wanted-to take care of my oil.Frustrated, wasted a lot of time, my money, they caused me more anxiety, stress, and left me unhappy. Would never come back for service here

    Got sold an oil change package that could be used anywhere. Eric M******, finance manager assured me it was valid outside of Utah. It’s not. I left several voicemails and sent emails to Eric and have not received a response. Called Stockton 12, got John C******* who apologized and said they would reimburse me for an oil change. Sent a receipt like he asked me to and nothing. Reached out by email and phone, nothing. Spoke with Shane P******, General Manager, said that will never happen and they don’t do that. He said “we will lose money if we do”. Never again doing business with Stockton 12.

    We got recall for my Passport 2023 and we got the lousy service. They are not into details at all!They returned my vehicle with problems that I even didnt expect, which means the Stockton service team never double check the vehicle for safety. I would never buy the service package theyre offered us!With that kind of service! No way I would! Sorry, their customer service didnt have a courtesy to apologize in a matter we would come back in the future purchase!

    Illegally did not provide terms and conditions on several documents and it was like pulling teeth to try and get them. Lied about "optional" items saying they were required in order to puchase (theft protection, dealer installed accessories), legal documents state they were optional and could be refused. Lied about "free/complementary" oil changes that they tack on to the price as a prepayment service. Sold a vehicle to me with undisclosed haul damage, which may constitute fraud. Low-balled my trade in and cut off my partner when they tried to talk to me about selling my vehicle for more privately. They gave ******* stories about the conditions of similar, but less expensive vehicles at competitors. I should have walked away at the first signs of discomfort, but I was foolish. It has been nothing but bad experiences. A business's purpose is to make money, but that should not come at the expense of the customers, illegal activity, fraud, and lies.

    My son owns a 2017 Honda civic that has ***** miles. *** head gasket was blown and it missed being under warranty by a few months. He paid **** dollars to have it fixed. In the shop an error was made. Long story short, the machine shop was involved, they had his car for a month; no reimbursement for income lost, traveling expenses/renting a car etc. No apology, nothing! Do not buy a car here!
