  Received sheets as a gift from friend. Bottom fitted sheet did not fit cut wrong. NOT the height (thickness) that's fine. Says king but sizes closer to queen. Contacted customer service. Said can't help without receipt. It was a gift. Will not ask friend for receipt. That's tacky. Sheets are clearly marked with their tags. Not hard to identify. Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their products. Steer clear my opinion.

  Previously long term customers that will never purchase from here again. Our sheet sets used to last us 4+ years and this last set frayed and ripped down the middle in 10 months. We filed a warranty claim, received zero confirmation of a replacement set being sent, and conveniently customer service has no way to see if one was ever sent. They also conveniently stopped answering and responding for several months and simply said too much time had passed and apologized for the inconvenience of poorly made sheets they wouldnt replace. There is no proof the sheets were actually sent. I wont be purchasing again from a company who wont uphold their policies and has such poor service. Hundreds of other customers have shared the same experience of being ignored to avoid fulfilling warranty claims.

  Do not order from this company. They send me the wrong items, took multiple emails AND phone calls to get a return. I returned the wrong items but they still did not issue a refund. Disputed the charge on my credit card but the company won. Out of $100 and no product to use. This company is a scam.

  Don't waste your time or money with this company! I have had several problems with receiving damaged or soiled merchandise, missing merchandise from a set, as well as mislabeled merchandise. These people collect exorbitant amounts of money for their bamboo products; wrap them in beautiful packaging , getting you to believe you are receiving high quality products. However, when it comes time to replace items, they are S L O W to respond, and then try to argue over your e-mail, stating facts that don't pertain to business on hand or playing the "I will wear you down until you just give up" game. My most recent problem with them was in ordering a Q size set of bamboo sheets this month. When received, I put them on my bed, however the fitted sheet, labeled Queen was actually a King size overlapping my mattress by 10 inches. I notified the company of the manufacturers mistake and then sent the bottom sheet to them. A simple solution would be to acknowledge you received the sheet, and to send another one correctly labeled in size, on to me. Too simple for them! They wanted me to send the entire sheet package back before they would (might?) return a new set to me. I had already slept in the sheets with a different fitted sheet on the bottom so I was not happy about that. When asking them to return my fitted sheet to me, as I have a seamstress who could have cut it down to the correct size, they said my sheet had already been destroyed. They recycle "mistakes" and reuse them for different sets.Although I paid for this set which is now incomplete, Cariloha refuses to send me a replacement fitted sheet because they "CAN'T break up one of their own sets." They CAN'T replace a mistake on their part, they CAN'T refund your money, and they CAN'T return your merchandise. **************** is anything but service in this company! I plan on going to Cosco or Tuesday Morning for my bamboo sheets in the future. They are far more professional, trustworthy, & honest!
