            We contracted with Apex Pools & Home Improvement, *****, UT 9/25/2023. We made an initial payment if $36,200.75. It is now 10 months later, and we have paid thousands more. Many mistakes were made from the start, and it wasn't until most of their work was completed that we realized the quality of the pool construction was just terrible. Long periods of time no work was completed. However, more money was required. The pool and the hot tube are not level and not working, the coping had to be repoured, the concrete is cracking, and the tile work is pitiful. When the coping had to be repoured much of the old coping ended up at the bottom of the pool. The pool still needs to be cleaned but no one has showed up for weeks. It was on-the-job-training (OJT) from the start and really little fore thought about how early construction mistakes showed themselves as the project neared completion. It will take thousands of dollars to correct the mistakes made by Apex. We have tried to contact them but to no avail.
