I have lived in this complex since 2015. The last management company was overall great. The place is old and could have been updated and there is black mold issues they refused to address. Then they sold it to these guys and never mind chasing out my neighbors and filling the place with seedy people, raising the rent every chance they get, the trash that's never cleaned, the dying plants, weeds, mattresses that are left by the dumpsters for weeks, disrepairs that get ignored for weeks, like standing in bathwater every shower because my tub would hardly drain and they just kept sending the plumbers to drain it until after months they finally asked them to diagnose and fix the problem. The next door heater hasn't worked for years. Then my new neighbors move in and fumes start filling my apartment. I mean, make me and my bf so sick we have to leave. Waking up at night with our skin burning with hives. Stomach issues, female issue, increased headaches, stomach cramping, nausea, puking, hair loss... I reached out to the complex manager Tristen who said she came twice but then a third time at least acted like she did not recognize the tenant on a third visit some how. They won't send someone when the fumes happen, they don't come over to my place to check it out. I've put in an order for that and a hole in the wall where other fumes that smell like sewage is coming out. My storage has been broken into twice since I started complaining about it and Tristen told me to stop using it. The lawn is evaporating, the vines dying, its turning to mud but "there's no evidence of anything wrong." Every time I have reported suspicious or criminal activity to her all that has happened is the people next door stop doing that one thing that way. You put two and two together. They are working with at least one other apartment here and one in the complex next door. Apparently the police and health department also do not care so dump chemicals all you want people, no one will do anything.
