      Well connected group helped me close my multifamily loan that was in default due to city judgment. ***** with Popular was super helpful and understanding to my situation which was not ideal at the time.

      I have been working with Popular for several years and recently closed a multifamily rehab transaction with *********************, President. Most lenders I talked to would not finance my project as it was near vacant and a full gut rehab of every unit so heavy rehab. Popular did not have a problem with the heavy rehab. Closed on time and as quoted on their loan approval. Popular is very good for multifamily rehab lender. Will be back.

      Popular saved the day on my condotel purchase when another lender failed to close saving my $1 million hard deposit.       Very challenging transaction with over 500 parcels of land part of a master planned community. Glad Popular could step in when the REIT lender failed to close saving the deposit and helping you execute on what I am sure will be an exceptionally profitable transaction.
