Rescope Drain + Aid. We Contacted them on March 5th, 2022 came out indicated we needed sewer repair. After they starting inside our home on March 7th, (**** hammering) in the basement, laundry room, **************** moving toilet and vanity, then they come back several days later and wanted more money (they also wanted to sell water heater and soft water softener, said no ). This company is so worried about money we felt so beat up, after all that nothings was being done, told by plumbers too busy with jobs. Our Job estimated costs is $30,500 that's with Veteran discount and discount for a check. We are on hold now again until they contact the City about the issue over not getting their Builders Permits before starting inside, the City said that there was NO builders permit for inside work, other than the water heater permit. They needed to also get a Builders Inspection permit before covering the plumbing up inside with gravel and cement (needed to be inspected by city before covered). Also many safety issues in and out. Our yard is sinking from poor compacting. We found out that they added a liner inside a new pipe, why?, was told didn't need that charge when it's a new pipe? The Company has been told about this permit issue on April 11th, 2022, and now they are not calling us, and were stalled on what to do at this point, our basement needs floor covering but not until we hear back from the city.
