The website states: "For billing purposes, jurisdiction is set forth as Rewardmemore Ltd, 8 The Rutts, Bushley Health, Herts WD23 1LJ, United Kingdom."
In addition, consumers should be aware of monthly fees as stated "If you choose to sign up for this product and pay the recurring monthly charges using a debit card you hereby provide pre-authorization and consent that EZ Grant Site may charge $69.95 on a monthly basis."
According to TRUSTe, a seal which is on this company's website: "The site is not certified by TRUSTe. There is no record of any pending application for certification by that site either."
In addition, TRUSTe advises caution with any site using the TRUSTe seals without authorization. Such misuse may indicate fraudulent intent to deceive consumers.
