      I bought $3,000 plus set of tires for my wife's care. I bought every extra warranty possible. Last fall she got a flat, I had to buy a tire to get her by until big 0 could get in the correct tire. Once the new tire came in I was charged $70 more dollars to add warranty protection to the new tire. Today I went to get the tires rotated. After over 3 hours the car wasn't done. I asked for the keys back. Big 0 couldn't find my car keys. I finally got my keys. The employees were disingenuous apologetic. What a joke. Do not buy tires from any Big 0,
