On 5/12/23 we purchased a 2018 ford super duty vehicle from Newby Buick GMC in St George UT. We paid $62 thousand for this vehicle. During the payment transaction Troy the financial advisor talked us into purchasing an extended warranty for this vehicle and told us that it would take affect immediately so if we had issues driving home we were covered. On are journey home I noticed that the vehicle was wondering all over the road so I called Kasen are salesman the next day and notified him about the issue he again told me I would be ok to take the vehicle in for service that it was covered by this warranty. I took the vehicle to ****** **** in Logan for inspection at which point they told me it needed a bunch of work done to the steering. When the service writer check on are warranty policy he informed me that we were not even in the system and that it wouldn’t be available for us to use for 45 days and that any issues would need to be taken care of by the selling dealer. I have been trying to contact the salesman and get the run around have tried to contact the owner Kevin N**** and the finance manager Troy and not getting any help. I am getting tired of be treated like crap by these people and just want them to take care of this problem. If the vehicle is not safe to drive they should have never sold it… I have recently paid $120 diagnostic fee and the repairs are just getting finished around $1500 today 6/7/23 and this whole week I have been getting nothing from Newby. All I am asking them to do is to make the vehicle road worthy. Thanks for your help
