I was sent an $82 bill almost a year after services. The account statement shows a $50 credit in October of 23 and than a charge in March of 24 that left me with an $82 bill. I have paid that bill because I didn’t want it reflecting on my credit. There were not services provided since October. I’d like the $82 refunded to me and the $50 credit I had previous to the charge in March.

Patient was upset that Medicaid did not pay for treatment when they had private insurance and the private insurance paid for treatment which then Medicaid canceled their insurance due to the patient having private insurance. Co-pay is due in accordance to the offices contract with the private insurance company.

I paid $562 for the services in my son because they told me they were not covered. I’m sure the $562 I originally paid included a deductible.

to be billed a year later for a deductible after I already paid $562 is unacceptable.

again I paid for the services in advance before they were done. Inquiring about Medicaid coverage is not being upset. Medicaid was not cancelled because I have private insurance. If they would have billed Medicaid in June when the service was done rather than waiting 6 months they would have paid.

they lied when they said the service wasn’t covered. The reason they aren’t covering it is because they waited 6 months to submit it!
