This Company is a scam!! My husband signed up for Health Insurance through them and they were not accepted by any of his doctors or our pharmacy. His doctors and the pharmacy told us that they never heard of True Health 1, nor could they find them in the system. I blocked them from my bank account and immediately canceled the plan. They were very rude when I canceled the plan and gave us a hard time. Do not go with this company. They are nothing but scammers.

DO NOT PURCHASE A TRUE HEALTH PLAN COMPLETE LIE I just canceled my plan because i was lied to from the moment I purchased the plan and every time I called to get the problem fixed I was given the run around hung up on multiple times and requested I jump an additional 200 dollars a month to pay for an additional coverage that I was told would be covered from when I was sold the plan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LYING USED CAR SALESMEN TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU NEED TO HEAR TO SELL YOU A POLICY. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STEALLING $1,835.00 from me and providing me with nothing I was told I was to be covered for from the start you miserable piece of c*** company ************************************ III lets see if this actually makes it out onto the review page. I can't give a negative star or I would

I thought I was signing up for mnsure. Turns out I signed up for this. After I tried to cancel they tried to charge me. They sent me a text with this company name. So they go by "secure health, first quote and now true health. These people are scammers. Since getting my information they have called me every day totaling over 65 calls in the last week. It's all people from the "enrollment" center. They cover nothing. They take your information. Do not sign up for them and if you do report them everywhere you can. Always thoroughly think through insurance.

Their new company, same owners now have a ************** named Thyroid Revolution . Some good information but she pushes a private 30 minute Zoom meeting with her (******) for 69.00$ . I scheduled that and since I was fairly educated the meeting didnt go very far. She was just interested in getting about $650. for tests and would consult with me on them FOUR MONTHS later and another consultation fee. . Mine from a trusted doctor werent good enough and I am really pretty healthy. My 30 minute consultation lasted 15 minutes when she realized I wasnt biting and more educated on Hashimotos than the average person. Her demeanor totally changed from that on ********* The company in now located in **********, **

Well, This explains a lot. . There was an Office with them In **************** **** as well. There were a lot of people being treated, there. Myself included. I had my injection cancelled for me in August, and than rescheduled to Sept. I was then told that my next injection couldn't be done because the Nurse wouldn't be there and they moved me to October.. Then I got a call from then on Thurs Oct 6th telling me that they were all moving to ********* and that we'd have to travel down there! There are a lot of ** trying to contact them anywhere! The ph # I was given only has a young woman telling us that they are on a lunch break, and takes all our info and we never hear back. They owe us treatments or money back! They were always running late and only seemed to want more patients even though there was always too many of us there at the same time waiting! the We all need them investigated!

They just shut down without a word to anyone. I want to know if there is a class action lawsuit pending that I can join because I'm still paying $750 a month to a bank for the procedures. The treatments didn't help. I don't notice any difference in my neuropathy. There's still a location in St. ******, I was told by someone, but that is not convenient!

So I am a customer… My last appointment was for stretching, impact wrench to my feet, and injection of T cells into my ankles and knees. Now let’s be clear, the injections can be very painful; they can also be pretty inconsequential. Overall it’s run like a business. Not a well run business but a business. There’s always somebody new at the front desk and there’s always a new technician helping you with machines. The worst part is there’s always somebody new putting injections in your leg. I think I got an infection from one of the injections one time my knee Swoll up really big and there was a lot of pain for almost 3 weeks. But most interestingly, the last time I was there I was just about to get my injections when a DOJ and AG’s office burst in and told them to stop the procedure and that they were under investigation and wouldn’t be able to do my procedure. So that’s all I know, I left the office and haven’t heard from THEM sense. Looking forward to what the AG has to say and what the department of justice for the state of Utah has to say. So I will wait to hear from all three entities. The AG, the Department of Justice, and the business known as True Health in Taylorsville. All said, it doesn’t look good.

This company is complete ********. As a former employee I would highly not recommend. The upper management is the most disrespectful, greedy, money hungry, scamming, lying, selfish women I have ever met. Their turn over rate is so high because of how they treat their employees, promise bonuses and a 90 day review with a pay increase that never comes about, you never have access to pay stubs or certain information pertaining to pay, oh lets not forget they are in an ongoing investigation with the federal attorney office for fraud of their patients. The owners are never in office but have cameras all over the facility to meddle in hipaa protected patients areas. I wouldnt spend one f****** ***** coming to these selfish company. Look else where they are tons of neuropathy clinics that actually value employees and their patients
