1 starThe sale process went well tho I was asked to come in 2 days after purchase September 8th original date came back September 10th to do paperwork for a miss spelled name. They snuck a salvage title into my paperwork. I had an offer from ****** for my car around January and when I went into them they informed me of the salvage. I came back to Markosian to address it and seen that the paper was in the updated files they had me resign on September 10th, stating the name had been miss spelled. I had an issue with a Fog light where they found water in the terminal, I then had an issue with the battery 40 to 60 days after purchase. I brought the car into Markosian where they replaced the battery for a 100$ deductible. I had further service in the following months on my Ac compressor and serpentine belt replaced in November 2023 costing 300$, then I also did breaks and rotors around April of *************** 400$ the breaks and rotors were on my own for peace of mind. I took the car to a tire shop where I did tiers and alignment. They informed me that my after market rims required a spacer bracket that was not on the car, Im assuming at the time of original purchase this was a missing item, I am filing a complaint due to the fact that on the battery install they installed the wrong size battery. I discovered this when I had to have a tow service take my car home from work they were able to jump start me, in the morning called for another jump start, the person sent informed me that the wrong battery was installed and it caused the posts to not make a good connection allowing buildup in my connections. I am at Markosian now requesting the correct battery be placed in my vehicle as I paid for. Im also concerned they did something wrong on the ** as it didnt blow very cold last summer but at that point I am so over there lack of proper service I dealt with it. I just want my car fixed properlyReview fromDrake H

1 starThey took over 20k from me. They ruined my credit. Took the car. Tried coercion to make me sign another contract adding an additional 10k. Basically took advantage of me because I was young and didnt understand what they were saying because of the lies they told me. I feel like Ive been raped by this company. They continuously lie and nobody knows what is going on. I was a trust worthy loyal customer ahead on my payments. they were predatory unfriendly and seeking to cause harm to the innocent. No integrity or reasoning whatsoever from them. One of my biggest regrets in life.Review fromJoshua E

1 star******** company to deal with. Youre better off making a deal with criminals or the government than dealing with this company. I had almost paid my lease off when the shut off my car. Was going through hard times. Never again this company will do you as dirty as they possibly can.Review fromBrittony M

1 starSo I bought a car from this company and at first I thought they helped me out a lot. I started having issues with the car not starting and kept having to jump it. I thought maybe my inverter I had plugged in was killing it so I unplugged it and it was fine for a couple weeks. Now its happening again. Well, turns out they sold me a car with a bad battery. What makes me upset is Im within my 3 month or ***************************************************************************************** there was nothing they would do about it. Why wouldnt they have tested the battery in the first place? I thought I could trust these people and its seems like they just put up a front and say whatever they can to make you think you can trust them but cant follow through. Overall I'm disappointed. I would not recommend anyone to Markosian.Review fromKimberly E

1 starIf I could give a negative review I would. I went there with my brother because Markosian advertises themselves as the place to go if you have bad credit and need a fresh start. We were there for 3 hours waiting to be approved, never once shown any cars and after 3 hours we were tired, hungry, thirsty too as we were never offered a bottle of water when *** said he just had one more paper he needed signed which I assume gave them permission to run criminal history on my brother or they ran it without his permission and even though he was pre approved financially they refused to sell to him due to an old drug charge. In the end I am glad they refused because we went to one of Utahs dealerships same day and drove away with a beautiful loaded 2019 with low miles which is alot better than the auction cars Markosian sales. Definately unprofessional, judgemental and not the dealership for anyone looking for a fresh start!Review fromLogan R

1 starI have a 2016 **** explorer through Markosian auto. I have had this vehicle into the shop more than a handful of times in less than a year. The most recent times has been nothing but hassle. I went to get rear brakes done on it and had an appointment at 1130 to get this job done. I sat there till 5 pm waiting for my vehicle to be done and left ($100 later). I had to take my vehicle back the next day to have a torque done on the wheels (found 4 lug nuts that I could loosen by hand). A couple days later I had to take the vehicle back to markosian to get it fixed because the calipers had the wrong bolts in it. The most recent experience. My car overheated and had to take it to the shop. They informed me that it needed a new motor so I waited for the motor to come in. Paid the 600 deductible for the motor. Ive had the car back since Monday and it is now Thursday. *** asked for the parts receipt (by law they have to provide it to the customer) and I keep getting the run around on that. There is a bunch of dirt on top of the motor which indicates they did not replace the motor they rebuilt the top end. I also found loose lug nuts for the second time having it at the shop and my brakes are chattering once again. I want my car fixed properly as the dealership has stated they did.Review fromYvonne H

1 starIf I was able to give a negative star review I would. Instead I will just give Markosian Auto one star.1. Their advertising makes it seem like you are getting such a deal i.e. $100.00 per week or Have a job? Get approved! Markosian Auto and their in house financing APG prey on people who are in dire straights to get into a vehicle. Sure, $250 every two weeks seems reasonable but it's actually not. A $500 car payment for a very used 2016 Jeep Patriot is rediculous. What would a newer vehicle payment be at this place? Again, taking advantage of people is their game. The down payment that I had to put down was a rediculous amount as well.2. The 2016 Jeep Patriot starting having some driving issues within the first month of the lease. The brakes should have been checked before that vehicle was put on the lot and at the very least pads should have been replaced. The tires should have been replaced with gently used ones. It started sputtering and chugging and it only got worse when trying to accelerate. They make you pay for a warranty, which is ok because it's an older vehicle but when you are paying over $500 for a vehicle, who can afford to pay the deductible to get the vehicle fixed? And new tires and brakes are not covered under their warranty. Either;A. The mechanics did not do their job and did not go over the vehicle and fix the issues the vehicle had or B. The mechanics went over the vehicle, did minor adjustments so the car could be driven off of the lot thereby making the new lease/owner responsible for the repairs.I love how all their sales people say "I know nothing about cars...I'm not a mechanic"...ok...but your mechanics should make sure that the vehicle is in good running order and not a safety hazard.3. I had to lease this vehicle due to my situation. What the sales people don't tell you is that leasing a vehicles costs more for insurance than purchasing a vehicle. The insurance company was the one who told me that leasing is more expensive.Review fromSara Symons P

1 starI filed bankruptcy and they still garnished my wages. I told them early on that I didn't want the car that was supposed to be on the lease not a loan so they took it back. They're scammers.Review fromDanielle H
