    We moved in loving the place. The apartment when we moved in wasn't cleaned, walls needed painted, scratches on things. We were told it was going to get it fixed. It did not since we moved in We kept putting in work orders to the maintenance team and they just kept completing the job. They did do activities for the residents which was nice but they need to put more money and attention to what the residents need. I know it's hard to make everyone happy but they don't try at all! We moved out, we took evidence with us knowing they will scam us and they charged us for the paint, cleaning fees, we told them we cleaned and we took videos of moving in and moving out and the apartment looked so much better after we left it. This place will and could make you bankrupt so Please be cautious and if you do move here expect to pay alot more than what it's worth! The other thing to I feel like the money you pay after you move out goes to the owner and she keeps the money and doesn't put it towards the apartment for the next resident to move in. The new residents will have to do the exact samething and get accused of doing it and will need to pay to get those things fixed but it won't get fixed because she keeps it. So if you do move in, move in but tell her I won't pay rent till these are fixed because we learned they have 1 week to get those things fixed and if they don't you can tell them that and they will have to follow resident living status.
