They do not care about covid safety precautions or about the safety of their dancers. My very small toddler got hurt by one of their teachers on the day of their recital and they didn't stop to ask if she was okay, to check on her, or anything, just continued dancing and left her on the floor crying. They didn't even check on her in the following days, she never got an apology. I would never want someone's kid treated with the inhumaness and disrespect that my toddler endured. It has stuck with her and she's now afraid of the toddler teacher, ********. If you try to complain or leave a bad review they block you from their page so they can keep up their fake 5 star review. 0/5 stars everybody should be warned about them.

I have numerous messages from Aspyne. I did personally apologize to her for her daughter being knocked over. He daughter was running and as the teacher backed up to help her team dance she bumped into her and she fell over. The teacher, ******** immediately picked her up. Rubbed her head and held her while she tried to assist the other 2 year olds with their dance. ******** did set her child on the floor next to her after a bit of time to try to assist her team. But she rubbed her head throughout the whole dance. Aspen received an apology for the obvious accident. Aspyne was very rude and attacked ******** over the incident. She was very rude and demanding with me as well. Demanding refunds for lessons which were attended and the costume which was unreasonable. This was clearly an accident. I can forward to you our messages and a video if the incident if needed. We do not mistreat our dancers. We take Covid safety very seriously. ******** has a heart of gold and is so very patient with our *******. I have numerous witnesses for this. We did end up blocking her from contacting us because she was getting ridiculous. Had she came into the studio we would have called the cops on her because of her behavior. Please let me know what documentation you desire to resolve this obvious accident.

I have the video from both angles, they can continue to lie about how the situation was handled. The "owner" half a** apologized, the teacher never once said anything. They never asked if they are okay. My daughter wasn't running. She ran around once, and then was STANDING behind the teacher. Please continue to lie, you are making yourself look like a joke and ridiculous. Why would I ever go to your horrible studio again? Once again, you look ridiculous. And SO unprofessional. Never attacked ******** either, why because I told her that her company and herself how she handled the incident was a joke? Yeah if ******** had a "heart of gold" like you claim she would have checked on my child at least once, she didn't check on her once. I'm not going to waste my time barguing with people who blatantly lie. Like I said, I have the video from both angles. Videos don't lie. ??

Also they knew a teacher had covid the Friday before the Christmas parties and still allowed the Christmas parties to happen where a bunch of kids got sick. And if you really want to go that path, you look ridiculous "we would have called the cops" HAHA. Never would come to your joke of a studio again, oh, and I did absolutely get a refund. I won't waste my time with your company again.

And your teacher didn't hold her nor RUB her head. She patted it maybe 4 times, set her on the floor and didn't even look in her direction again, Please contiue to lie. I have it from both angles. She made her hit HARD, never once apologized, nor should that of been how the situation was handled. You guys are a HORRIBLE company and I've told everybody how horrible y'all are since then. Quit trying to lie and make yourselfs not look how crappy you are, everybody has seen the video. Everybody knows the truth. Quit acting like your teacher did anything other than *** MY CHILDS HEAD, AFTER STAIGHT KNOCKING HER TO HER HEAD!!
