Purchased a gold bracelet for my seven month old daughter with a couple of charms. I noticed scratches all over my babies face, I had no idea what was the cause of it. Due to further inspection I was able to determine the cause of the problem was a piece of charm that fell off. It left a sharp piece behind that was constantly scratching her face. Thank God we were able to remove that piece before she took an eye out. I am not seeking to have the bracelet repaired or replaced.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience and any harm that came to your child by our charm breaking. We do everything we can to provide safe jewelry for children, and while we take every precaution to source high quality materials and perform quality tests on our items, they can unfortunately break. I have looked into this issue for you and I see that your ID Bracelet and charms were purchased in March of 2023. While your item is outside of the 30-Day Warranty Window, we would still like to do everything we can to repair or replace your charm, so that your daughter can continue to wear her bracelet as it was originally ordered. I understand that you are not looking for a replacement or repair of your item, however, we would be happy to continue to offer a replacement or repair of the charm should you change your mind in the future.
I would appreciate it if you would send any photos or videos you have of the broken charm to our email, ******************************************* This feedback is very helpful as we continue to design new jewelry pieces, or make changes to existing pieces so we can prevent breakage happening in the future.
