This is regarding LandPro (formerly GrowPro) owned by Mark S*******. 1). Mark in particular and LandPro in general have severe communication issues. This causes the contracted work to not be done right and for the homeowner never to know when work is going to occur. No employee will ever come to the door to verify details. Mark will NOT return any calls. You are lucky if he responds through his assistant and you will never know it for certain. This is an extremely bad business practice as communication errors lead to mistakes, and mistakes lead to increased costs and dissatisfied customers. Further evidence of this lies in several Yelp reviews from other customers. 2). We had to fight with LandPro so that our fence was completed correctly. However, they never cleaned up the excess dirt like they promised and have left an issue of the new valve system not being properly connected as we clearly desired and indicated. We have had to fight issue after issue with our irrigation system due to no communication or confirmation during install. This led to LandPro leaving without our garage unit even turning the pump on and the tech cutting the wrong pipe leading to our front yard. The ultimate fix of laying tubing near the surface is a band-aid and does not satisfy what we agreed on contractually that the new valves would be connected to the right pipes. 3). We were originally told this project would be completed by mid-April, which would have been fortunate since we did not want to hand-water our plants into the summer months. It is July and still not completed correctly. 4). We would like our remaining $370 balance to be waived and our invoice be deemed paid in full as the work was not completed as specified and as we have had so many negative encounters - some extremely rude and unprofessional - to endure with this company. Mark has been given plenty of opportunities to communicate with us to mitigate this situation and we now ask that he honor our final request.
