I have a subscription to Net Nanny, now for four years. In July I was charged an annual fee of $79.99. I had contacted them prior to cancel this and it is showing that my account is "deactivated". Yet, I was charged the $79.99 on July 30th. Of course, no one is available on the weekend. There is NO phone number to contact customer service and when you do try to contact them via chat, they never have availability.I would like to have a refund for the subscription that was/and is showing cancelled. I would also like this in writing that it is cancelled and a refund submitted. This is intentional fraud.Business response
