    I purchased a derringer made by this company from a wholesaler. Upon inspection I realized it was missing a part. I have tried contacting the company by phone, email and through their website and have not been able to reach anyone. I have been cheated and I feel that this company isn't legitimate. They should be sued.

    We purchased a firearm from this company around March 2024, it came with a lifetime warranty, it malfunctioned after only a few uses (both firing pins bent), we tried to contact the company numerous times by email, phone calls, on line contact forms, and they never returned any correspondence and refused to honour the warranty

    Bought a firearm that does not function properly. Firearm should have a warranty. Tried to contact the company several times with no results. phone number does not work , no response from the email address.

    WE HAVE A FIREARM THAT WAS PURCHASED THROUGH A WHOLESALER. IT WILL NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY, WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY REPEATEDLY WITH NO SUCCCESS.

    We have purchased several guns from a dealer that uses this business, we have had several returned. They were bought during the months of November and December of 2023. Five have since been returned and we have been reaching out since January of 2024 about this issue. The warranties are through Old West Firearms not the dealer we purchased the product from. We have filled out numerous warranty repairs on their website, have called, left messages, sent emails and letters to not get any response. Our customers are wanting their product fixed, or a refund issued but we cannot get any help in doing so.

    The firearm as failed to function properly. I have contacted the seller by email multiple times and have received NO response. Attempted by telephone multiple times and yu can not leave a message.

    I sent a firearm in for repairs on 9-1-2023. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails asking for updates. I have had no reply to either.
