    Troy J***** from Whole House Fans of Utah installed our Whole House fan back on 10/01/2022. During installation, he damaged our dryer and admitted to climbing on top of it and placing tools on it. This caused dents and paint to be chipped on the dryer. Troy came back a couple of weeks later to try and fix it himself instead of hiring someone to. He ended up making the damage worse than it was before. I have asked the company to resolve the issue by replacing the dryer and they are ghosting me and not responding to any of my calls, emails, or text messages. Please note that we hadn't even had the dryer for more than a year and it was purchased brand new.

    I had a whole house fan installed on 2/1/22. During that installation, some damage was done to my ceiling resulting in some unsightly cracking and a light fixture that was no longer flush with the ceiling. I brought that concern to the attention of Troy and he let me know that they would be back to reinforce the ceiling and take care of the problem. In the next few months, I would reach out for that work to be done. We'd gone so far as to set up an actual appointment on a few occasions, which only resulted in them not showing up. Now they have become unresponsive to me altogether. I just want them to do what they told me they would and fix the damage that was done.
