ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION TO BE ACCEPTED.POLICY ON RETURNS: Any merchandise that is shipped in error or defective will gladly be EXCHANGED or REFUNDED at 100%. Camp Overstock or End of Year Returns are limited to a maximum of $1000 and subject to a 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. (deadline September 1st). Saleable Merchandise Returned in Good Condition (maximum limit of $1000) can be held and Applied toward next year's Order at 90% credit.
Retail refunds (in like manner as purchase or by Business Check at company's discretion) only given within 30 days, otherwise merchandise credit given for our lowest pricing.
