    This is the company that manages these awful apartments called ****************************. They get 1 star from me because they poorly manage this place. The place is full of BLACK MOLD, roaches, trash, and its extremely unsafe. They also do poor business by sending you to collections without proper billing. I was sent to collections for some fraudulent charges, however I was never properly notice ONLY until the collections company reach out to me that is when I found out. The apartments are disgusting. I received that apartment dirty and with a water leak. It took two weeks to fix the leak. This is basically how the rest of my lease was. I would put in request and they would take months to be looked at! Sometimes they would lie and say they fixed my request however, I had a camera and would show them that no one was ever at my apartment. My last three months staying at this place I noticed how sick I kept getting and my allergies were terrible. I noticed all the black mold in the vents and put in a maintenance request for it and and THEY NEVER CAME TO LOOK. I moved out by then and was ready to live in a environmentally safe and clean place.
