H&H installed a new vinyl window at my house several years ago. After a few years one panel of the glass failed and the window now appears purple and hazy. I contacted Mike at H&H windows on November 12, 2019, and sent him a picture of the window. He said that he could tell what the problem was from the picture and indicated that he would contact AMSCO to order a warranty replacement for the one side of the window. Over the past two years I have had mutliple email and telephone communications with Mike in which he has continually told me that he would contact AMSCO to order a warranty replacement. When I try and follow-up with Mike he ignores my texts and won't return voice messages. I have a long list of text messages on my phone between Mike and I that at least shows some of the false promises and non-responsiveness to any follow-up. When I last spoke with Mike on the phone last month I asked him to give me his word that he would follow through this time and not go radio silent on me again. He has gone radio silent yet again. It is sad that I have to file a complaint with the BBB to hopefully get some movement on this after two years.
