    On June 11, 2024, Active Appliance came to fix my microwave oven. It was not heating. Technician fixed the problem. After he left, I noticed that the vent grill was loose/broken; and a small broken piece was left on the kitchen counter, On June 12, 2024, I spoke to ******* at Active Appliance to report the vent grill loose/broken. He said I would get an e-mail. On June 13, 2024, I spoke to **** at American Home Shield. Active Appliance is a contractor for American Home Shield. She told me that A.H.S would issue a ticket to Active Appliance to fix the vent grill. Nothing was done. On June 25, 2024, I spoke to *** at A.H.S. He gave me the run-a-round that they have to go by the technician's diagnosis that the vent grill was already abused/broken. The vent grill was not abused/loose/broken before the technician arrived. No where on the yellow copy that was left with me did the technician make this observation that the vent grill was already abused/loose/broken. It is my observation that the technician is untruthful. Active Appliance needs to replace the vent grill.
