    Online purchase made July 5, 2024 through post and porch, also known as modern aspect for a metal house number sign. they sent an email saying it would be delayed. I then received an email with a *** tracking number saying it was shipped. A week later I had not received the item and when I looked on ***, it said a label was created but *** never received the item. I reached out on 8/8/24 . They responded on 8/10/24 saying the item would go out on 8/12/24. On 8/13/24 the *** website indicated the same information that a label was created however *** had not received it. I confirmed That the same shipping number was going to be used. I have since tried to call and email with no response. I have requested a refund or a total replacement via email with no response. The mailbox is full at the company so I cannot leave a message/voicemail . The total for the order is $132.50. Thank you, The order number is *****. The company voicemail answers as Herald Signs LLc.

    We purchased a mailbox and eight magnetic numbers from Harald sign company/modern aspect. The magnetic numbers slide down the mailbox, and they offered to send additional magnets to resolve the issue. After repeated correspondence back-and-forth, we still don’t have the magnets. We would like the magnets to resolve the problem or a full refund for the magnetic numbers. Very difficult to communicate with the companies involved as they do not respond back after repeated attempts. Thank you.

    I ordered a mailbox a little over a week ago. I go to website and it states order is fulfilled. When I go to track the package it says label created but has not been sent out yet. I am building a home and now move in next week , I can not continue to wait for the package. I would like the order canceled and my money refunded OR proof that the item is shipped and arriving to me by 11/1 , if not please just refund and I will have to get one elsewhere. Thanx.

    I am rejecting this response because: It's not yet resolved. But here is my order number #***** . I received the mailbox finally but not the pole I paid $160 for. I will be happy and satisfied when I receive the pole as the quality of the mailbox was impressive.

    Mr. P********* promised to mail out my merchandise by a certain time frame and did not. Moreover, he did not include the mounting hardware as agreed. Now I am left waiting weeks and still do not have the mounting hardware (or size of the correct screws, as requested in email for me to purchase my own, due to the delay). I have asked for a partial refund, again with nothing to show for it and no response. The owner stated he would mail out the merchandise by June 24th and then made excuses as to why nothing has been shipped out as of July 5th and stated he was vacationing as the reason he didn’t follow through with sending out my order on time with no simple apology or recognition of his prior promise.
